I won this trophy in the 2013 London Kiwanis Festival for all violas and was the runner up in the 2014 competition. In addition to my musical talent, this trophy shows perseverance and hard work that was required to earn this trophy. From about two weeks before the competition, I practiced around three hours a day and winning this trophy was probably one of my proudest moments of my life. Even under the pressure of entering the competition, I was able to keep up with my school work by using my time wisely and being organized.

I participated in the senior math challenge, representing my school in 2012 with two other students and we came first overall. This shows that I am able to work well with others in a team and that I have good problem solving skills.
